Looking for a counselor can be challenging, and finding the right fit is so important - especially if the thought of asking for help from a stranger is daunting in itself. Trust me, I understand.

You might be here because you’re realizing you need to talk with someone - that maybe you’re not handling things as well as you’d hoped. Maybe the What Ifs & the doubts have taken over, or you’re not feeling motivated anymore. You’re not sure how it started, but you’re tired of feeling this way. It scares you to think nothing will change.

Maybe you’ve had a loss in your life, or maybe you’re just not comfortable with how often you use TV, social media, weed, or alcohol to cope with things. Maybe you're not sure what to do to start making changes.

Maybe this is the first time you've considered counseling - if so, kudos for taking that first step.

Allow me to introduce some of what I can offer, and maybe I can help you find the direction you’re looking for. I specialize in anxiety therapy, depression therapy, and adult ADHD counseling and coaching. I enjoy working with folks from many communities, like the LGBTQIA, the Poly communities, and the BIPOC communities. I believe in working through a social justice lens.
